Disappointed

It does not work as good as I thought it would. Yesterday I had it set at 64 degrees and it was 74 degrees in my office. My office is 10.5' X 15".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! I regret to hear of your disappointment in your new room air conditioner, ai al. I have a few tips you can try. Ensure that all windows and curtains are closed to reduce the amount of heat that enters the environment. Insufficiently insulated walls and ceilings can impact cooling as the cool air has no place to “stay” and escapes the home quickly. Use a higher fan speed to help circulate the cool air faster. Great features and easy to install

It works great at keeping my room cool the way I like it, and it was very easy for me to install. I installed it on my own without any issues.
