Best gift ever!

This was a gift from the owner of the company I work for. I absolutely love this thing. I polished the cook surface with a sanding wheel on my grinder before seasoning. Nothing sticks to the cook surface. Easy to control the cooking temp . Also love the grease shoot better than Black stone. Best Gift Ever!
