Rockaroo Baby Rocker
on February 14, 2023
Posted by: Luna
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rockaroo baby rocker was very aesthetically pleasing in our home. It has a very sleek design and slim base so it can fit in a lot of places very well. My baby was used to a swing motion going left and right not back and forth. Unfortunately when we tried this rocker I think she got motion sickness and spit up a ton. Had we started in her in this swing from the time she was a newborn though I think she would have loved it. I received this product as part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

Love this lightweight and compact rocker
on February 14, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is so much to love about the RockaRoo baby rocker. It is lightweight and compact, which allows me to move it from room to room with ease. My 2 year old loves to push buttons and play with electrical cords so I appreciate that the power cord can be completely removed and stored away when not in use. My daughter is very intrigued by the spinning mobile and seems to love that feature. I love that I can feel confident that she is safely secured in the RockaRoo when I need to do a few other things. As a mom of 4 little ones under the age of 5, I am thankful to have this rocker so I’m able to cook dinner, change diapers, and pick up the house while my 2 month old happily rocks away and watches me while I work. Thanks, Stellar Product Testing Panel, for providing me with this RockaRoo Rocker! I just wish I had it when my other 3 kids were babies.

Simple to Set Up and Use
on February 14, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple little rocker that does the job of keeping baby safe and secure while you need to get things done around the house or just need to give your other kiddos some attention. I loved that this was easy to move around (even easier when picked up from the base). I also liked that it was low to the floor, so I could sit and play card games on the floor with my preschooler while baby hung out. Super easy set up and knob with five speed settings. I only took off a star because I wish it had more than one movement option. It only glides front to back and my baby likes the side-to-side movement as well. If I was going to purchase a Rockaroo, I would probably pay a little extra for the version that has more options. But I received this through the Stellar Product Testimg Panel and we are grateful for the chance to try it out!

Nice rocker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this baby rocker from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and could not be more grateful! This has been the perfect place to safely entertain my youngest (one month old) while I am helping the older three (4yrs, 3yrs, and 1yr). Especially when it’s time to make dinner! The high contrast mobile draws her attention and the smooth motion seems to sooth her so she’s not crying. It was very easy to assemble and has a perfectly compact base! Which is a must in our small living space. It is a bit cumbersome to move since you have to pick it up from the base but it is a wonderful little rocker!

Easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RockaRoo is a great option for a rocker or swing without all the bells and whistles in a crowded space! I was amazed that all I had to do was pop three pieces together to set up the whole thing. Orion, my 4 month old, loved the forward and back gliding motion, and was tickled by the soft sensory ball mobile. There is no music, a single dial, and a plug. Not much to take up space! The height was about that of a lower slung rocker, which the older siblings appreciated for playtime. It fits easily in our small dining room and makes it easier to keep baby content and in sight while I eat. It is about 15 lbs, so not hard to move to another room, either!
The cover and balls are machine washable and the cover zips instead of requiring snaps and high hand strength. With a little one prone to spitting up, I was very happy to see the ease of cleaning. It's not cutesie or pastel, but it works well.
I tried this out courtesy of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

A great swing alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby rocker to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have really enjoyed the RockaRoo for our 3 month old twins. It is so nice that it’s a smaller footprint from the more traditional “tripod” type swings. This is smaller and much more attractive to fit in with our decor than the typical swings with bright colors and obnoxious music. The RockaRoo is quiet, very neutral in color and our babies love it! We had the older and now recalled version that had more settings and options but we much prefer this version.
The simple on/off button and options only to increase the swing speed make this easy to operate and less to fuss around with. In a both good and bad piece, our older kids can easily turn this on or adjust the speed to help soothe the babies while we’re busy but sometimes they’re also a little TOO helpful. A toddler lock might be helpful to avoid any undesired use.
My only real complaint is the overhead mobile. The arm swings left and right to make it easy to get the baby in and out but it doesn’t lock in place. The mobile also has to be manually spun, otherwise it just sits stationary. The balls in the mobile are meant to appeal to babies early on with the black and white and later with the lighter colors as their vision advances but they’re easily removed and very enticing to our older kids to constantly play with.
Overall, this is a great rocker - light weight, neutral, quiet and easy to both assemble and clean. With a few minor tweaks to the mobile this would be a five star item for us!

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out the 4moms rockaroo as part of the Stellar Product testing panel but I honestly didn’t have high expectations because the other brand of swing we tried for my daughter wasn’t great and she wasn’t a fan. Right out of the box I was impressed with how easy it was to put together, how light weight yet sturdy it was and the quality. I liked that the seat cradled her but didn’t put her neck at a weird angle like the other rocker/swing did. She seems to be very content in it and likes looking at the mobile. It has allowed me to get small tasks done around the house while she hangs out which is nice! I do wish the mobile moved by itself. Overall, I’m really impressed and love this swing!

Awesome Rocker
on February 14, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this 4moms Rockaroo to try as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! This thing is awesome!
Things I love about it:
-Took all of 5 minutes to assemble
-Very simple to operate by pressing the power button and picking a speed
-Lightweight which makes it easy to move room to room
-Intriguing toys that keep baby's attention
The only very minor inconveniences are (1) the fasteners to buckle baby in were a little difficult to open/close which may or may not ease up in time and (2) while it's nice not worrying about batteries, the fact that this uses a plug does limit where you can put it.
Overall, my 2 month old loved it as soon as I placed her in it! This has been super handy when I'm attempting to get things done around the house and also have a 3 year old to chase around. It's a change of movement from her swing which she enjoys!
