Already broke. 😡

We specifically bought the Speed Queen washer AND dryer because we'd had enough of having to repair our Kenmores. We read how durable and high quality they were, and so we spent the extra money. Now, not even a couple of months later, the dryer is giving out error messages and not drying even small loads. We're hoping the tech will find it's just a small fix.

Washing machine defective.

Washing machine has not worked since it was delivered. Called warranty number but it took 8 days for repairman to come to house. He said the motor on drain is defective and he said he needs to order parts to fix machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Puchase Ever

I had a dryer for 30 years and when it finally went out I started looking around. My daughter heard good things about Speed Queen so we went to look. This is the best dryer ever and I hope it lasts for as long as the other one. A lot of cycle choices. Gets the clothes dry in a short amount of time. I have no comlpaints and would highly recommend Speed Queen. Thank you!!

Has lots of settings and works great. One drawback the buzzer/ringer is not loud enough. We even turned it up full blast.

I love the features on this dryer, especially the pet hair remover. I never wanted an appliance that had a push button panel, but the 7 years warranty helped to get past that. We've had a Speed Queen washing machine since 2017 and love it as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wanted a washer and dryer that would last and not give us any problems. Yes, they’re slightly more expensive than other machines, but when you see their quality and feel the quality you’ll understand. Extremely quiet and excellent overall.

After a really bad experience with an LG washing machine and dryer, we decided to make a better decision on the next purchase. Everyone spoke highly of the Speed Queen machines although they are not inexpensive. After we checked them out at the appliance store we were not impressed with the tinny material used on the washing machine and the dryer cabinet in comparison to the better finish of the LG and other machine cabinets. Still, we were impressed with the 7-year warranty and the fact that these machines are built in the US and used in commercial applications.
