Great Quality Prodcuts

Great Products, we use both indoor and outdoor monitors linked together as well as air purifiers, Design and quality built products, Everyone should have one in their home and work place.

For the past two years, I relied on an outdoor air quality monitor from a competing brand until a critical sensor malfunction led me to seek alternatives. My search led me to the IQAir AirVisual Outdoor, a product that immediately caught my attention, not least for its proud "Made in Germany" label—a mark of quality that's becoming increasingly rare.
The setup process was impressively straightforward, greatly aided by the inclusion of an exceptionally long Power over Ethernet cable, which simplified installation significantly. My anticipation to contribute to community air quality awareness led me to apply for my station's measurements to be made public—a process that took three days for approval. While the wait was longer than expected, it underscored IQAir's commitment to ensuring accurate and reliable placement of their monitors, a testament to their dedication to quality data.
Both the iPhone app and the device itself exceeded my expectations in terms of design and functionality. The seamless integration between hardware and software not only made it easy to monitor the air quality around my home but also allowed me to share this valuable information with the wider community.

Simple to set up and informative

It was easy to set up and install. I got the indoor and outdoor monitor together. I would recommend getting both together as you get the full range of information. I live next to the freeway so I was interested to see the readings of pollution and PM 2.5 levels outside of my house compared to indoors. I sit in the backyard a lot with the kids so I know when pollution is higher to avoid being outside for long periods of time. All of the measurements are easy to readd and understand as well. Great purchase

Has everything that I was looking for

Before this outdoor monitor, I was using a competitor monitor until one of the sensors broke. the AirVisual Outdoor had all of the features that I was looking for. Setting it up was very quick and it didn't take them too long to approve my station and make it public. It's cool to see the network they built around these readings and see everything in the app. The product seems to be well made (made in Germany which is nice to see). If I had to list a drawback, it'd probably be the battery. Would be nice if it had a bit of a longer battery life, but other than that the measurements are great, the display is clear and easy to read.
