Good for anxiety relief! I got this product as an attempt to prevent panic attacks, especially during travel (gotta love fear of flying). The cooling sensation was a nice distraction, and it definitely helped when the plane felt stuffy.

It's great when it works

I bought this for my wife a few months ago, it worked for close to 30 days before it quit. The company sent us another one immediately. Of course it quit in about 30 days also. The machine works great when it works, but it's not worth $300 for 60 days

I can actually feel the coolness start in my wrist n travel up my arm. I don’t get as cool as I would like but it more than makes up for that by helping me sleep much better and my anxiety level has come way down.

It works! I have bought 2. One for my daughter for hot flashes. I bought that when you had you first design. Then I bought her the newer slimmer design. Recently I bought one for my daughter who is always cold although she was very skeptical. She loves it! AND it is a lovely design. Worth every penny. If I had 5 daughters, they would each have one.

The heater & cooldown, don’t leave home without it

I’m a female - 53 athletic and fit. Typically always cold in office and restaurants. The embr is great to keep me at a normal temperature vs wearing layers of clothes to keep warm in the summer. I use both heat and cool methods. Typically cooling at night to maintain a full night sleep without hot flash interruptions. I have very small wrists and band fits well. The app at odd times disconnects and is frustrating to reconnect. I think the upgrade fixed this. Overall it has been a great investment!
