The battery needs to be charged daily, but that is the only downside. I love it, it works really fast.

So far so good!!! I use the cooling feature the most, and primarily during the night. I’ve had my Embr Wave maybe three weeks now and I already activate it without thinking, anytime I start to feel a flush.

The Embr Wave 2 has been a God send. It doesn't completely rid me of my hot flashes but it has definitely reduced the duration and intensity of them. I recommend it to every one I speak to about it. The Embr Wave 2 can be helpful in staving off the onset of a hot flash when falling asleep or during stressful conversations, and can help decrease the impact of smaller less intense hot flashes… it’s not a miracle option for the big sweaty monsters, even when set on the highest cold level - those still require a good old fashioned ice pack!

I love my Embr Wave 2. It was very easy to set up. As soon as I feel a hot flash begin, I press the buttons and immediately I feel the cooling start!
The only down side I find is the amt of time that it stays charged. I wear it day and night, and so doing, I have to charge it every 2.5-3 days.
