This device actually works. I bought the new wrist band as that one is more comfortable and does not catch on my clothes like the metal one did. Overall pleased with this purchase.

The unit doesn't stay charged

The unit doesn't stay charged for the complete session. The cooling doesn't cycle when I'm in a strong heat flash.

I understood I could program

I understood I could program the Embr Wave but wasn't able to do that. I don't have a smart phone so I couldn't program the Embr Wave myself. I had help twice to get it programmed but it still didn't work well and so I returned it for refund. I was very much looking forward to help with getting better sleep and so am disappointed.
