From hot to cold on the Silver Screen

I work as a background actor, going from hot, outdoor Southern California to over-chilled studios. Since wardrobe considerations don't allow me to shed outer layers or add a cardigan, the ONLY way I have any modicum of comfort is with my Embr Wave. It really works!

I love the Embr Wave. It's amazing having my own personal thermostat to cool or warm when needed. The hot flashes come on fast and relief is just a click away when I'm wearing my Wave. I couldn't live without it.

The only thing I don’t like is the band, it snags the small hairs on my arm and wrist area. Need to get a different band but overall an excellent product!

Has greatly improved my quality of life. Have suffered from acute hot flashes for past 10 years with nothing helping except hormones that I could only take for a short period of time. This watch has greatly diminished those hot flashes throughout the entire day and night. Thank you

Young and in menopause

Well my daughter says it works most of the time but it gets warm like the battery or something is getting hot. Also she says that it slides up and down her wrist therefore she has to adjust it every so often. I got this for her because she gets horrible hot flashes after being thrown into menopause early at low young age. Do to her change in her medical condition. Once I say the tv commercial for it I just had to get it for her. I will do anything to help her it I can and I figured this would help her for sure.

Since receiving the Embr Wave 2 I have had mixed results. I feel the cool burst should be a bit more intense and longer lasting. It relieves my hot flashes for a short time but with limited coolness
