Worth every penny

I recently started experiencing incredibly frequent, severe hot flashes. To say they disrupted my life would be a drastic understatement. I was ready to run into traffic when I ordered this in desperation. I've had it for just a few days now and I can't begin to explain the relief it has brought me. As soon as I feel a flash coming on, I hit the cooling button and almost immediately start to experience relief, and I'd say in maybe a minute or so, the flash has stopped before it really got a chance to start. I'm so grateful for this product, truly.

Like the style and much lighter than my original Embr wave, but battery life seems shorter than my original (which is about 4 yrs old). I get 2 nights use on the old compared to the Embr Wave 2.
So the original is used for all night use and the Embr wave 2 is used during the day for intermittent use with hot flashes plus it has a sleeker design. Very happy with both and they work well for hot flashes!

I'm 78 years old and suddenly started having drenching night sweats, changing pajamas twice or even three times a night.
I've used the Wave 2 for 3 weeks and have had only 1 night of waking up drenched. The other mornings I have waked up "damp."
I give credit to the Wave 2 for the relief

I have night sweats and am cold during the day. I use wave settings during day. I also use 30 minutes or 9 hours at night YES. IS THERE a way to get cold settings programmed for night ???? I’m

I thought this was an automatic helper. I was wrong, you have to manually push the button every time your hot flash starts. It does help but I have to interact with it.

I purchased the Embr Wave 2 to help with temperature regulation issues. I primarily use it for warming but I am sure I will use it for cooling in the summer. My problems with feeling chilled to the bone constantly have been helped quite a bit after using the Embr Wave 2 for about a month now. It did take about a week to adjust and I now feel much more comfortable and functional during the day during the times when I am cold. Overall, I am very happy with the Embr Wave 2 and am very happy that I finally decided to purchase it.
