This Embr Wave 2 is fantastic! I finally been able to sleep the night through. No more covers on covers off. I work in a hot environment, so having this for work is awesome! Wish I would have known about this 5 years ago, as I’ve been suffering from hot flashes for a least that long. It has changed my life. Actually looking forward to summer this year because I have the Embr Wave 2. Thank you for this amazing product!

I’ve had mine for a little over two weeks and I can say it works wonders for me. The moment when that cooling sensation hits my wrist, my anxiety reduces and I relax. Hot flashes don’t last nearly as long. They are right, it takes a little time to get use to it, just be patient. I have gotten so attached to it, I miss it when it’s on the charger. The best part is I’ve been sleeping 7-8 hours again. I highly recommend!!

The wave2 software is great! This is my 3rd wave 2 though- the back of the 2 keeps cracking after 3-4 months. Luckily your support team has always sent me a new one.
Wish your team could create a necklace tp help with hot flashes!:blush:

The embr wave 2 is pretty good. There's been a few times I didn't get much relief but I think I was in over drive, otherwise it does pretty good. You have to use the app to adjust the settings, which is fine, unless there's no wifi... then it just said you're offline... charging time isn't bad, I charge it in the morning when I get up for use during the day and then after dinner for all night. This has been a Godsend most of the time... but there are times when it's not enough.... but it's not long lasting when that's the case. I have recommended to others. The heat function helps when you have a chill as well.

Not cold enough - or maybe needs larger area?

This should be marketed to commuters and travelers.. the temperature roller coaster getting in and out of subways and offices can really ruin a mood (or outfit), and the cooling function is a life saver!!

Helpful for temperature sensitivity

I bought this on a whim after seeing other reviews from people with multiple sclerosis, in the hopes that it would help with my temperature sensitivity from the disease (to both heat and cold). So far, it works pretty good! It's not a magic fix, but it does provide me some relief when it is very hot outside. I find that I need to use the app to program it for longer sessions (beyond the standard 10 minutes) to really help with my symptoms. One small complaint is that the band gets tarnished very easily after only a couple weeks of use, which is kind of annoying. I've been using a jewelry polishing cloth to keep it clean.
