Sadly, I’m just not a fan

I ordered this through the embrship option hoping it would help out with hot flashes or chills I get from having autoimmune disease and chronic pain. It was awful. It did nothing but either make an ice cold or scalding hot circle on my inner wrist. The cold is nice in that spot but doesn’t regulate the whole body. The “warming” BURNS. It’s a no for me. I’m looking to cancel it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd wave 2. My first one was new, and it worked well. The second was open box and didn’t work well. A few years ago I started having hot and cold flashes. I couldn’t find anyone who knew what was causing it. I have recently been diagnosed with a form of dementia that affects the body’s ability to to control its temperature. I am 78 and my husband insisted I get another one. It has been a life saver I highly recommend it

Love this device. Works great for hot flashes! Helps make them bearable.
What I don't like is I also wear a fit bit and wearing both is akward and uncomfortable.
There needs to be a band for it that allows for the wearing of both.

I bought this a month ago and it has helped me with my hot flashes and PoTS. I am so glad I subscribed too them. I love that it had cooling and heating features. My body has issues with regulating it's temperature.

My mother ordered me this on my 57th birthday this year knowing how hot I get just cooking a grilled cheese sandwich never mind when I cook a good meal for us. I love to cook but I haven't been able to really enjoy it do to melting just thinking about it. Well when the Ambr Wave 2 arrived I charged that puppy up and read the instructions so when it was charged I'd be ready to take it for a test drive and cool myself down. I can't believe how great it works but I wish I had one for each arm, my ankles and one for each sides of my throat. Then the cooling could really begin, this is a great product I just wish it was cold and not cool for me. I know most people believe it's freezing on the coldest setting but to me it's just cool. It does work well and I'm very glad I have it and come late winter I'll be using it all the time. The second I same out of surgery on Ash Wednesday of 2019 from having a double mastectomy I was so hot they thought they'd have to put me into an ice bath to bring down my temp. It wasn't a fever I was just over heated like I ran the Boston Marathon on the hottest day of the year, I was crazy hot and it's never left my system and here it is 2025 now.
