After suffering from night sweats and hot flashes for months, I was at my wit's end. I was skeptical that Embr, too, would fail me.
It did not.
It took a few weeks to figure out how to best use it, and now whenever I feel a hot flash coming on, I activate it.
I'm sleeping better. Less cranky. Nicer to my husband!
My only complaint is that the device is easily scratched, due to its position. I don't think I should have to buy a cover to keep it safe.

Long time user & I still love it

I bought my Embr in 2021 during COVID, and I have to say—it truly got me through. There’s something comforting about having something both cool and warm when you need it. On a scorching summer day, I’d press the button and feel that refreshing chill—like pressing your wrist against the fridge. In the winter, it kept me cozy and warm when I needed it most. Four years later, it’s still going strong. Highly recommend—definitely a smart investment.

The Wave also uses a standard 18mm watch pin, so you can swap out many different types of watch bands if you'd prefer. Hot flashes less severe

I have an original one that still works great. Mine is a white rectangular one with a silver strap. I have recommended to many of my family and friends. I love that I can create my own custom waves depending on my needs. This has been most helpful for the night sweats.

I bought this 2 months ago because after 9 months of hormone therapy for my Prostate cancer, hot flashes are a very unwelcome side effect. After a day of moving it around to find my sweet spot, the Wave stops my hot flashes within 10-15 seconds. I am still amazed at how well it works. Both of my daughters are looking forward to using it when they go thru menopause.
