Highly Recommend!!

This device has been a blessing for my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Raynaud's disease. POTS causes me to get hot and it works wonders on cooking me down. I bought it back in August before going to Disney, I was the only one that stayed cool the whole time. I've been using it ever since! The Raynaud's disease makes me freeze so I love that I can have a hot and cold settings for those moments! Definitely helps me sleep better too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had my Embr wave for over a week and it has reduced my hot flashes so much!! I am sleeping better and able to cool my body all night long!! I am so glad to have something that actually works!!

Fairly new to the Wave game, and I run hot all the time. I sweat profusely when others don't at all. I was anxious to see how well this would work. So far, I can't say I sweat any less or cool off when wearing this device. I adjust it to highest cool setting using the app too. I feel it get cold on my wrist,, but can't say it goes nay further for me. I want to be fair because I haven't had it very long, so I give it 3 stars just in case it is making a difference that I haven't noticed yet. Hopefully, over time it makes a difference in my life. But if you're like me - on the hot side - I might hold off on this purchase.

We hear over and over again from customers who weren't sure if the Wave was doing anything at all for them for the first few weeks but then suddenly found that things began to "click" and their bodies were responding just as they'd hoped.
