It is difficult for me to give a rating.
I am very satisfied about the device, the information, the app, et cetera.
I tried different programs. My problem are the hotflashes, they are very havy.
The curiosity of my bodytemperature is that it fluctuates constantly.
The overall feeling of my body is cold. So I wear several waistcoats. But every hour the temperature goes up , a 1/2 degree (Celsius), . During the day the frequency of this fluctuation gets shorter.. The rising and decent last a few minutes. In that time first I get colder, and then very hot. My whole body is sweating.
At night I feel this fluctuation every 1,5 hour.
I am very satisfied about the device, the information, the app, et cetera.

The thermostat in the hypothalamus has an own rhytm.
This proces started at my 50th. Now I am 78. So for 28 years I have 30 hotflashes in 24 hours.
So my problem is not alone the hotflashes, but also the frequency, which makes the hotflashes still more disturbing my life.
And for me it is difficult to finf a good program (Wave) for the Embr Wave.
I hope somebody has an advice for me.

Good idea, clumsy app

I like having a quick way to adjust my temp, but I find the app unwieldy. If I'm having a hot flash, I don't want to dig out my phone, open the app, and only then start cooling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This device really takes the chill off. I have been so cold since I lost weight and also since I might have a medical issue. I get so cold that I shiver alot sometimes so much. Even when I am warm. My body is having a hard time regulating my body temperature and this little device is able to keep the edge off.
I would recommend this to a friend!
