Saving my sleep

This has really helped with my sleep as my hot flashes mostly happen when I lay down. The only issue I have is the light is on all night which can disturb myself and my partner. I do wish it had a longer battery life also.

Turbo Cool

Once I figured out how to make it default to turbo cool without having to use the app it is great. I want to be able to use it without having to open my phone. I’ve only had it for a few days but so far, so good.

Perfect for people with RA

I have had my Embr wave for 6 months. I found it to be extremely helpful in the winter months. Having RA staying warm is necessary to help prevent my joints from stiffening and hurting. I was able to program my Embr for work hours and didn’t have to worry about feeling cold. The Embr kept my body temp regulated, and when I needed to have an unscheduled boost of warmth, I just had to push a button! I gave 3 stars because now that it’s summer, I have not found that the Embr helps regulate my body temp. Im still running warm even with it programed. I’m hoping a little more time and this device will help in the summer as much as it did in the winter
