Great idea. It does what it's supposed to do. I sleep better with it on. One downside is that I can't get it to reconnect to my Bluetooth. But I will try again

I started my embrship a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. It helps so much at work. I’m a mechanic and the garage I work in is not very temperature regulated so the Embr comes in handy during the super hot and super cold months. I said it to automatically help me but also use it in between for extra relief. What a great device. I love how I can adjust the settings and timing through the app. I also enjoy using it for hot flashes and when I sleep as I am a hot sleeper. Even the guys at work are impressed with how much you can feel from it.
