This has been a lifesaver! I get frequent, severe hot flashes and the Embr Wave 2 helps me feel a little cooler and reduces my anxiety when I get a hot flash.

Works better than I expected. It is still bulky and people wonder what it is. My biggest dislike is the bands. I can’t find one I feel is attractive. I need to dress up most days at work and the bands and bulky appliance don’t help with that. I do still wear it because it does help shorten hot flashes.
