I Love My Embr Wave 2!

My husband bought this for me, because he saw how I was suffering from extreme hot flashes. It has helped me tremendously. At night I use the "All Night" feature and receive waves of coolness throughout the hole night. I am able to track how many and the times I have my hot flashes through the app. I love my Embr Wave 2.

Great device to have for use while sleeping with hot flashes.

I love using my Embr Wave 2, especially while sleeping. I'm able to push the button to cool down, helping me fall back to sleep fast. I only wish it would hold a charge better in between uses. I wanted to use it and found a dead battery more often than I like.

I bought this 2 months ago to help my sleep and aid in preventing migraine headaches while sleeping by keeping myself cool. It’s done wonders for both and I’ve highly recommended this device to others!

I saw the Embr Wave featured on a television show and decided to see if it would work on helping to regulate my perception of my temperature. It has helped significantly with my too hot/too cold “frequent temperature inversions”

Cools down well

Product works well. I have primarily been using to help with night sweats.
I find that I prefer to start my sleep with the fall asleep session for 30 minutes, and then use the cool drink option if I wake up and am warm during the night. I have found the longer multi hour sessions can become uncomfortable on my wrist. I have never used the warming sessions, as i purchased primarily to support my menopausal hot flashes.
