Warm works very well/cool doesn't last

I bought this to see if it would work for my hot flashes.
Either I need to try something like this for somewhere other than my arm, or it's just not strong enough for me.
The cool feature feels nice for the first few seconds I turn it on, but after that I just can't feel a thing, even at max level.
On the other hand, sometimes I use the warm feature when it gets chilly at night. At the medium level it works very quickly, so quick that my hot flashes come back within a couple of minutes.
So all in all, ideal for if you tend to feel cold and want to warm up. Not good enough for hot flashes. But that's just me.

I love my Embr Wave 2 and I am CONSTANTLY telling and showing people how amazing it is including people in the healthcare field to include doctors! So many don't know about it. I'm so grateful to have it. I just wish they would make one in silver or at least made a silver band for it for when I'm dressing up! I own a black one and don't do rose gold.

Several years ago, I bought the first Embr. It was very new and bulky, but I loved it. So helpful! So, when it finally started to slow down and not cool as much, I knew I had to get the new one. Plus, I had more color options and accessories to choose from! I still recommend this to anyone and everyone that it would be of use for, and, though I still have trouble cooling down due to health problems, this little thing really helps me out! I like the new app and options on the Embr 2 as well, and I definitely think it's worth it to say least give it a chance!

LIFE CHANGING

Embr Wave 2 has significantly improved my sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing. Disautonomia causes heat intolerance — terribly inconvenient as I live in south Florida. Heat and humidity trigger migraine and a myriad of other symptoms. I’ve tried many, many supplements and cooling strategies over the past 20 years. Embr Wave 2 works well and is convenient and discrete. Best subscription ever! I was hesitant at first due to the subscription factor, but I’ve paid twice the monthly fee for supplements that in the long run didn’t work. Embr effectively improves my quality of life without side effects. Technology is changing healthcare for the better!

I had breast cancer and now take a hormone blocker. It gives me really bad hot flashes. I'm 69 so I have been through menopause. The hot flashes weren't as bad as theese are. I tried a neck fan but you can't wear that to church or sleep with it all night. My husband bought me one for Christmas. I can't sleep without it now and I can just push the button whenever I need it and no one knows I'm having a hot flashes.

Can't Be Without It!

I have had my Embr Wave for over a year now. Unfortunately for me, my hot flashes are not caused by menopause, and there is no end in sight. That said, I don't know what I would do without my Wave. I am never without it (except when it is charging). It provides the relief I need, every time. If you suffer from hot flashes, you need this product. Period.

I'm finally warm!

I'm a person who is almost always cold no matter where I am and this is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me!! With just a click of a button, I am able to fully warm up even in a chilly room! The only drawback is that my wrist can get a bit sweaty/red with the heat source, but it is totally worth it

I bought my Embr Wave about 6 months ago when searching for options to help me sleep better due to hot/cold flashes. I use it daily. I set it at night time so that it cools me down as use it as needed during the day to help me deal with the flashes. I was a bit skeptical at first but it does help me relax with the waves so that I can go about things. I would give it a five if it wasn’t that the wave gets a little warm at night after being on so many hours.
