I am very happy with this product. It’s simple to understand, and I was able to use it right out of the box. When my head starts feeling hot, I just press the button twice for cooling. It keeps me from getting light-headed and stops my body from getting any hotter. I’ve looked at the app, but haven’t used it other than to get started.

Didn't work well for me. I felt coolness on my wrist but certainly didn't do anything for the extreme internal heat, sweating and flushing that happens with a hot flash. Sorry to report this. I had high hopes.
