Best thing ever. I am well over 70 and still get annoying hot flashes. Now they only last a minute or two. Night sweats are less. Also with the extreme cold weather we have been having, I have been able to warm up quickly.

Return problem

My wife tried this and was hopeful. After a couple of weeks she decided to return it but was talked into trying some new settings and that they would extend the time to return it. She tried it with the new settings but it still wasn't working for her. We tried to return it again a couple of weeks later and the website said it was too late. I sent an email to the person my wife spoke with and still haven't heard back. This might be a great product for some but beware if you need to return.

Thought the programming would be more customizable. You can't customize pulses or time. If additional time is needed & you restart, the wave gets hot & shuts off. Disappointed between what was advertised & reality.

I have tried everything and it will not stay connected to the Wave app. It"s not inexpensive. I expected better.

We think the design is great, spectacular. But the cooling portion is highly effective at first and then….nothing. Literally nothing can be felt throughout a 60 min session aside from when you begin the session. We think this is a fantastic idea and perhaps with more time it will be perfected and can be as effective as it promises itself to be. Cooling for 8 mins out of 60 is not really ideal.
