It’s ok so far…

It keeps me from waking up at night with sweats. However, it doesn’t seem to cool down hot flashes fast enough. Even though I have it on cool (level 4) it sometimes feels warm. I’m still on the fence.
One con is that it’s a little heavy on my wrist so I can’t wear it while working out.

This is my wife's third Ember Wave...and the first Ember Wave 2. It doesn't get as cold as the original and programming settings is impossible with poor instructions. Recharging is simpler. The original model is simpler, more usable and 30% cheaper...

need more then 4- or 5-days trial time

well the first few days this works like a charm but , by day 8 or 9i never use the warming side but now it feels hot when it should be making me cool and when i try to turn the cold up more it turns off and then it beeps and comes back warmer still or it will make my arm hurt like i am being shocked in my nerves, very painful, for the price this should not happen. also i feel like the cold should radiate all over but it only does the arm.

The Wave 2 is an improvement over the original model: it's more comfortable to wear, looks nicer, is easier to avoid accidental button presses, and it cools more intensely. I use it for hot flashes especially at bedtime. It definitely helps to reduce the severity of the hot flash.
