I've used Embr for a few months and it has definitely helped. I wear it all the time and it helps me relax. I highly recommend trying it. Their customer service is excellent

I’m still getting used to it. Life is better with it than without it. I’ve had questions and everyone at Ember Wave has been very helpful. I got the rose gold color and I’m very pleased with it.

Embr Wave 2 is a really interesting device! I was sick with Covid a few weeks ago and had a slight fever one night… I had the typical “chills feeling”, so I used the 8hr night warm setting to thermoregulate. It helped mitigate the chills I had and I slept much better.
The app and mechanics of the device are simple and intuitive.
Only very slight issue I have is with the metal wrist strap, sometimes it can be a bit cumbersome to put on.

I bought this for my sister who has been really suffering with extreme menopausal flashes for years...we tried everything...so far it is working superbly for her and she seems so close to her old self. It is amazing the difference the watch makes...I recommend it to anyone having issues with hot/cold flashes. She says it's a miracle for her..it has been years. Grateful for whoever came up with this. Bless you!
