It Works!

After taking hormones for many years for hot flashes, I have had to wean myself off the meds for health reasons. It didn't take long for them to come back. The Embr Wave definitely helps - I feel like i have a line of defense when I feel a hot flash coming on. I immediately double click the cool button, and by the end of the cycle on most occasions, I have cooled down. It feels empowering to have some control over them. At first, I thought the bracelet was going to be uncomfortable as it is larger than the fitness tracker that I had worn previously. However, it is quite comfortable, and I forget I am wearing it until I need to cool down. It was definitely a worthwhile investment for me.

only have had it for 2 weeks. I've been wearing it a lot. I like the 3 minute cool down, although I think drinking cool water during a hot flash helps more. The watch is more convenient then always having cool water near by.
The first 3 nights I wore it I think it really helped me sleep. The last 10 days have been less helpful. I feel like the cool feature is not cool enough to help me cool down when I am having night time hot flashes. Sometimes it doesn't feel cool at all. I contacted the help desk yesterday and she told me to try it on the other wrist and see if that helps. So last night i wore it on my right wrist at night. It may have helped. I will see how tonight goes. I really hope I can get it where it is helping me sleep as that is so awful to be woken up 10 times during the night due to hot flashes. Today I am wearing it on my left wrist during the day and will use my right wrist tonight. I guess I feel it is not quite cool enough for me. I am definitely going to keep working with it. I so want it to work well.

Eases my hot flashes

I am very happy with the cooling technology to help ease hot flashes. It helps take the edge off and helps me focus through the discomfort. I took a star off due to bulkiness. It’s a good product and I wear it most every day all day.

My wife has really enjoyed using her Wave 2. I gave this to her as a Christmas gift. She has used it daily and says it has minimized excess sweating.

Works great for hot flashes and chills. I think it decreases daily hot flashes the more I use it! It stops an after shower hot flash dead in it's tracks.
