Effects of The Embre Wave

It feels like it does not stop the Hotflashes but seems to psychologically change the way my brain processes the heat. Hotflashes sometimes only last a few minutes and it takes that long for the device to make any difference.
For dealing with the other topics, It seems to redirect your brain or distract you from the problem. but its early in the process so I'm willing to give it a little more time.

Amazing how quickly the Embr cools me down when having a hot flash. I have had it for less than a week and have experienced immediate relief day and night. I sleep better without waking up in a sweat and can quickly cool down after a workout and shower. So much better than taking meds for relief!

I just got the embr wave 2 for christmas I have spent all day trying to get it to pair with the app not working i am so close to returning it I am so disappointed

Just received as a gift, but have enjoyed having it so far. It has helped quite a bit. The only apparent negative is that I had to switch my fitbit to the opposite arm because they cannot be comfortably worn together on the same arm.

Tired of Hot :fire: Flashes

I've been wearing the Embr Wave 2 for about 2 Weeks. I've used the cooling feature the most during frequent hot flashes and initially, this feature cools me down but the hot flash continues but not as intense. The warming and stress features I've used accomplish about he same type of relief as indicated above. Hopefully after wearing the Ember Wave 2 over a longer period of time, my bio rhythm will change and automatically cool and heat like a new engine

I am in love with this device. Before I received it nights were miserable. I mostly get hot, so I use the cooling. Within a few minutes I feel comfortable again.

The newest version is so much lighter and more comfortable than the original. I love being able to preprogram the buttons to what I use most often. My only complaint is the battery life isn’t as good as my old one but that’s not a deal breaker. Very happy with my purchase overall and have shared my love for Embr Wave with many folx.
