I am surprised that this small spot on my wrist signals to my body that I'm cool, I didn't think it would work. I'm very uncomfortable when I'm too warm, ( menopause is TERRIFIC for that ) it was hard to see how a tiny cool spot would help but I was wrong. This is quite the wonderful thing for me. Now, it's only off my wrist to recharge. I can't wait to see what it does for me in the summertime. Thank you.

I use the warming effects the most due to my Raynauds. It actually helps with flare ups! Quite soothing too.

It needs to have more cooling to it. Gets hot easily, even after I read the FAQ’s and moved the location of the wave on my wrist.

Won’t be without it

I had the first model but also got the second one. They both work great and do exactly what I need them to do, no difference there. I like the looks, size and shape, of the second version better, but that is just me! So, just choose by looks and get your choice. I wouldn’t be without my private thermostat!

Bought the Embr wave 2 to help with hot flashes at night.
It has definitely helped. I would completely wake up and had a hard time falling back to sleep and it happened 5-6 times a night. Now it's 1-3 dozy mild awareness wake-up and quickly fall back to sleep.
