I sleep sooo much better now. Set for cool for 8 hours and now minimal hot flashes, where before, I would be woken up 6 or 7 times a night. Now maybe once, twice at the most.

Helps With My Anxiety

I wish I had this product years ago. I’m the kind of person that sweats when I get nervous or anxious. Then, I panic about sweating so much, so I sweat even more. I pushed the little cool button several times during Thanksgiving dinner, and it immediately calmed me down! I use it on warm to fall asleep, and every now and then I switch it to cool if I wake up feeling too hot. It is amazing. I will never leave home without it!

The Embr Wave has been a life saver with my hot flashes-they do not last as long when I'm wearing it. It cuts them in half, which has been a God send for me.

It definitely took about a week for my body to get used to the sensations before I started to notice a difference in my temperature and it DOES warm me up, but not an extreme amount. If you’re good with a few degrees warmer, then it’s worth it, but keep in mind it will not do wonders.

The bracelet was too clunky for me so I was not comfortable wearing it. It heated and cooled quickly but the temperature sensation did not last long enough for me to get much benefit.
