I bought the wave 2 primarily for cooling but I find myself using the heat function the most! The highest heat setting is too warm but the coolest setting is disappointing. I'm glad I have it but I'm not sure I would recommend it others yet.

Great little device!

Great for a quick burst of hot or cold in the moment. Definitely does work in bringing your body temperature where you need it to go. Haven’t felt quite as at ease with the Wave during longer periods though (tried while sleeping and while on a long flight). The cooling sensation isn’t as targeted in these longer term situations as the rest of the unit gets so hot in order to cool down the inner wrist. Definitely works just maybe not quite as I had hoped - I’m looking forward to trying it for warming in the winter time.

I really enjoy my Embr Wave 2! For me, the cold setting isn’t quite as affective as the heat, but I’m usually cold anyway :). I love to use my Wave at night because I sleep so much more deeply. Unexpectedly, my other favorite time to use it is when my anxiety is high. It’s very soothing and really helps me calm down. My only real downside is that the thickness can sometimes be irritating because of its location on the inside of my wrist. But the only time it really bothers me is when I’m typing at work.
