Would be a five star product but that band isn’t stable. Band loosens up FAR too easily.
Want to love the hell out of this product but could probably give it 3 stars and not lose any sleep… really poor design for the band makes it (unfortunately) unwearable.

It’s kind of hard to figure out when to activate the cooling. I was under the impression that it would automatically start cooling me, however I have to activate it. But it does really help me cool down!

It was worth the wait. I bought it mostly for the cooling feature, I’m in that menopause stage and it helps a lot. I haven’t had a chance to try the warming setting yet. I’m sure it will be useful in the winter. I make sure it’s charged and ready to go at all times I don’t leave home without it now. Love it.

Absolutely love my Embr Wave 2. Not too bulky and love the rose gold color. When I feel a hot flash coming on it’s quick to help slow/stop it.

I was hesitant to try this but i have hardly taken it off since I got it. I originally purchased it for hot flashes (and I use it for that) but I found that I use the heat setting just as much for stress/warmth/comfort especially when my mind races when trying to fall asleep or when I wake in the middle of the night. Now I don’t ever want to be without it. Easily the best purchase I’ve made in years.

Sleep with no sweat

I had trouble with Embr1 but I’m enjoying Embr 2 with no trouble so far.
I can sleep comfortably with 7 hours cool setting No sweat :sweat_smile:. I am working at graveyard shift so hard to sleep in hot day but now I can sleep with Embr 2 and became smaller now it fits better for my small wrist. No regret to purchase this. I am so happy with Embr 2.

I love the look and feel of my new EmbrWave2 although it has been difficult to understand how to use certain features and certain features still say coming soon, so that is disappointing.

I’m really glad I bought the Wave 2! I suffer from hot flashes, and sometimes I get hot AND cold at the same time! I read reviews on various sites and decided it was time to try to get some relief, as my hot flashes give me anxiety.
The Wave 2 is a very interesting device! It’s become quite helpful for me and I LOVE how it can give you relief from being hot or cold. The app on my phone is wonderful and I love how many settings the app has, depending what you are using it for! I originally thought this just had a cool or a warm mode, not a full set of programmed sessions you can use for different purposes! love to use it when I go to bed at night for comfort, which it has helped me quite a bit. I’ve also used it while doing household chores.
Sure, it’s expensive, but the technology is superior and it’s an investment in your health, as unregulated temperature influxes for some of us causes stress, which is not good. I also may add that the unit itself is very well made, beautiful and comfortable.
