I'm am thankful that it actually works. It works quickly to stop my hot flashes. It works steadily to cool me down over stretches of time. It definitely helps me ease into sleep and keep me comfortable. If I do get sweaty it's because I was slow to notice the hot flash had started. I have to remember to move it from wrist to wrist or up the wrist higher because the same area gets use to the cold and you don't feel it as strongly after awhile. I like wearing it all day but my little wrist feels the the heft of it so I am figuring out the times of day I don't need to use it as much so I can take it off and recharge too. It charges quickly enough. Sometimes it is slow to connect to my cell phone or not at all. Have to close it and open the app up again. One time had to add the device back into the app because why? I would suggest 4 pre-sets on the actual device next time. 2 is not enough for me. Sometimes I resent having to make contact by phone. Sometimes the phone acts up and your choices are down to 2 then. All in all- Thankful I took a chance on it because it works and life is easier better finer.

I waited so long for my Embr wave 2 and it did not disappoint! It’s quiet and discrete, and very effective. I love checking the app for the charge % as well.

I work at a mail-order pharmacy and often need to get medication from a walk-in freezer. I use the heat button before I go in and the WAVE helps me stay warm. It also helps me stay cool when I am running around the pharmacy. I highly recommend it!

Its been working fantastic! My coworkers set the air conditioning way to cold and this helps me so much. Also, I like to sleep with very low temperature but it gets to cold for my aging parents.

My wife loves it! It is better than the previous Embr Wave in almost every way - size, battery life, effectiveness (gets colder or hotter), and comfort. It is better at typing at work on a regular keyb0ard. Laptop keyboards will always be evil, even on flat watch clasps.
My wife wasn't left wanting on the original Embr Wave, aside from the occasional bumping of the desk when typing (which is a really minor inconvenience). But this brings her enjoyment to a new level.

It's is horrible. It gets extremely hot on the outside during cooling function. You can feel the 1st wave and than after that it's like it's not even working. I loved my 1st generation. Had high hopes for the second. Very very disappointed. Had to go back to 1st generation because the ember wave 2 does absolutely nothing.
