I love my Embr Wave 2! It helps in so many ways - from cooling me down when I'm hiking to helping me get to sleep at night. It helps my body, which doesn't know how to regulate my body temperature well, do just that. The Embr Wave was great - the Embr Wave 2 is even better!

I like the new look, the placement of the buttons is much better I don't accidently bump them on like with the original. The settings are easier to control and don't default to a high setting. The cold setting has much less sting than I got with the original, and I love that I can turn it off from the buttons without having to get my phone and bring up the app.

I got the ember wave v1 when it first got released. It is a wonderful product and did the basics great. I now have the V2 and it’s mind blowing the difference. I use it as much as I can, battery life is amazing. Favorite mode is the sleep mode.

I love using my Ember Wave. I think that they really improved the 2nd model. It is not only more stylish, but it also seams to be faster with its cooling. I love the cooling feature.

If only it were a bit smaller and lighter

Purchased for my husband. He uses it quite frequently, mostly for cooling, but we are winding up the summer season, and I am certain the warming function will take over in just a few weeks. He complains that the weight bothers him, so he takes it off and puts it back on several times a day. It comes into play more when he is out than at home. He is happy with its functionality.

I’ve been using these devices for years and swear by them. I’m thrilled with the new design; less bulky and clumsy.
The only real issue I have is the charger-It’s easily unseated (especially with the stock band, which I replaced) and not convenient to recharge if you don’t have the base with you.
Otherwise, I LOVE it.
