I really wanted to love the Embr Wave 2! I purchased one to help with my hot sleeping habits, especially during travel when I’m away from my cooling mattress device from another company. I had high hopes that the Embr Wave would keep my body cool when it heats up at night, but unfortunately it did not work for me. In fact, even after a week on the highest setting at night, the battery was working so hard to keep me cool that it became very hot and I was worried the device would break! I had to return it. I do hope that future improvements might work better for me and will keep an eye out. The app itself is great though and it is very easy to use the device.

Awesome, the best ever. I can sleep all night without waking up with swear from hot flashes. Great relief throughout the day for immediate cool down.

Great cooling results!

I bought my first Embr Wave 2.5 years ago and love the cooling results it provides. I had a few issues with the magnetic wrist band not holding and problems with connecting the Wave to the charger, but I was able to resolve these issues with Embr Waves Lab.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comforting

It is something I can do for comfort in the moment of a temperature swing, whether it is hot flashes or extreme cold/hot feelings related to having POTS. I wish there was a way to wear it so that it doesn't rest upon a keyboard and feel in the way. It doesn't solve the underlying reason for your temperature sensitivity, but it is something you can do to help get through the discomfort.

Helps manage hot flashes & anxiety

I bought my Ember wave 1.5 years ago. I suffer intense hot flashes coupled with lots of anxiety. I stumbled upon this gadget accidentally and it has been a game changer for managing my perimenopause symptoms. I primarily use the cooling features. I especially enjoy the All Night cooling session for controlling night sweats.

I have been using this a while, it is so much easier to use with the app. I sleep with this every night. I use the cooling feature. It stays cool for about 8-9 hours.

I love my amber Wave 2. Was skeptical at first but stuck with it. I encourage getting the comfort band. Much easier to keep in place.
