The best pizza

I already owned a wood fired ooni oven and was happy with it however didnt like only eating pizza when it wasnt too windy or raining. I had great success with previous model but there is a learning curve. The Volt makes perfect pizzas every time as you are in complete control of the heat and can easily watch your pizza cooking so you know exactly when to turn or take out your pizza.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a machine! So I bought the volt as I don’t have full use of an outside space for my Ooni koda 16,
I would say read the booklet that comes with it, so you can better understand what heat is for,
Start with a basic pizza dough using proper pizza flour like caputo, so you can get the hang of opening a pizza up and sliding it onto the peel.
You will waste a couple of pizzas my first was good in the volt and I ate it but wasn’t perfect. Once I’d gotten past 10 pizzas they got better day by day.

Amazing pizza oven! Really good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing pizza oven! Really good quality built and amazing heat isolation. Pizza can be baked in 2min. The reason why I gave 3 star is because:
1. Astronomical price
2. Really hard to clean inside of oven. After third use I got burn traces from cheese and oil everywhere and to clean its impossible.

I highly recommend ooni volt even with this two downers that I've mentioned.

Retirement send-off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as a kick off event for my new Ooni Volt (I had owned a Koda 12 before) I offered to cook for my co-workers retirement feed (its a tradition, as a cop, to feed your your coworkers upon your retirement). He and I knocked out about 21 pizzas to-order for a bunch of coworkers in about a 3 hour window....everybody loved it and now I'm committed to doing other retirement feeds!!! ANYTIME!!! I love it, and everyone involved loved the pizza!
