[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading and watching all the reviews I was convinced this wouldn't be as good as all the hype...how could it be. Wow! I couldn't have been more wrong, I've already made 20+ pizzas in the 2 weeks of having it. Having lived near Brooklyns Roberta's in Bushwick I've always loved the small neapolitan style pizza, so I've enjoyed recreating them with great success. Looking forward to many many more pizzas

This product is exactly as advertised. Delicious Neapolitan pizza the very first time right out of the box. It took a touch longer than 90 seconds at max heat (closer to 2 mins) but enamored by the finished product.

Heats up quickly to the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up quickly to the required temperature - 450 degrees for Neapolitan style. Results are great: bases are fluffy, with leopard spots underneath. With the ability to balance the temperature either above or below the pizza, it doesn't matter if you go a bit heavy on the toppings: both these and the base will cook perfectly. Works great indoors but can be a little smoky if you're cooking at very high temperatures.
