I have a gas fired pizza oven as well but the volt 12 is more versatile and practical. You can use it indoors and control the temperature better wether it’s a frozen pizza or a Neapolitan style pizza you are making.

Get this!!! It is an amazing pizza maker. We had a wood fire Ooni and upgraded to the electric version and haven't looked back! It heats up sooooooo fast and cooks even faster. It's an amazing piece of equipment. We now can easily make pizza any night of the week, year round. You won't be disappointed wit this purchase.

Once you get a hold of temperatures this oven is a beauty. Crash and burn is real, lol but I got myself a good groove
And to have this on site at client houses has been so amazing
Not heavy and easy to transpo

Still trying to get the hang of making the pizza dough the correct size. I use quite a bit of extra flour and corn meal to make the pizza come off the peel easier. I have the challenge of making gluten free dough work correctly. Fun to use though!
