The stone gets very hot but the exterior does not. Very well insulated. Easy to use although there is a leaning curve for a high heat oven. Heats up quickly.

Was really excited to get

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really excited to get this, but that faded fast after multiple uses now. When cooking multiple pizzas in a row the first one cooks great, but once I remove the first pizza the temperature drops a couple hundred degrees and then takes about 5-10 mins to come back up to temp. I'm not leaving the door open but only for a few seconds to remove the first pizza or any subsquent pizza after that. Don't know if it's broken of not. Can't imagine what it would cost to send it back so I guess I'm stuck with it.
