Bottom dishwasher rack does not stay on track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought two of these dishwashers. Both dishwasher's bottom racks do not stay on the tracks, so every time the racks are pulled out or pushed in, the rack falls off. LG has yet to resolve the issue.

EXTREMALY NOISE AND BAD PRESIDENTIAL SERVICE-WARRA

The noise emitted by the dishwasher, when fully installed, is 74 dB, well above the 45 dB that the manufacturer sells. The worst part is that the technical service excuses itself by saying it's poorly installed, without having come to the home to inspect it. It's the loudest dishwasher I've ever heard, and the technical service is incredibly harsh; they don't listen to you.

Defective and poorly designed!

I have always loved LG but this Dishwasher completely ruined it for me. The bottom rack is too narrow for the tub and falls off the rails constantly both forwards and sideways and the tub is too short to fit even small bakeware and cookie sheets. To make matters worse, the adjustable portion of the third rack was broken on arrival.
