[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer works great for my home office. I am constantly shipping out items and printing brochures so I need a printer that isn't slow and doesn't sacrifice print quality. Luckily this one can do those things. It can print up to 30 pages per minute and utilizes laser technology that provides crisp and sharp prints with excellent quality. I like that it has duplex printing so I can print on both sides to save paper which ultimately saves me in my printing costs. It can not only print but also copy, scan and fax. It has built in Wifi and can easily connect the printer to my network which allows my to be able to print from multiple devices that are on my wireless network. The printer kit included two toner cartridges so I have some time before I have to hunt for more cartridges. The interface is very user friendly and has a has a 5 inch color touchscreen so I can easily see the various options this printer has. It has some noise to it but that is to be expected when printing but it is not overly loud. If you are looking for large paper capacity, fast printing, wireless connection, high quality printing then you should consider this.

Overall great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think this is a great machine and a good value. I work from home full-time, and I actually think it's a bit more machine than I need. This machine may be better suited for a small office. However, I absolutely love having a document feeder for scanning and copying multi-page documents. This is really a very professional machine with a TON of features you would expect from an office machine. You can use access the settings and features via an online interface. Set-up was very smooth and my computer recognized the machine instantly. You can set it up as a network printer so anyone on your network can print to it remotely. The fact that this model comes with two cartridges is a very nice bonus! The ink on these laser printers seems to last forever.
I'm deducting 1 star for a couple of reasons. The touchscreen can at times be a bit unresponsive and difficult to use, although once you get the hang of it it's okay. A color screen would be nice, but not a good deal. I have found that jams are common if you are printing or scanning large documents and let the pages accumulate. When printing or scanning large documents, I find it best to not let the pages pile up and instead remove them as they come through. This can be a pain and not something I expected.

High Speed, good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way smaller then a office sized printer copier, just as quick and toner last a very long time. Scans copies and prints quickly in Black and White, easy setup and I print from computer and phone from the wifi feature.

Perfect replacement for our MF4270 which finally stopped working after 15 years of service.
This printer has a similar compact form and function, but there have been improvements such as scanning over the LAN, a bigger paper tray and an LCD backlight for good control panel visibility. Excellent high resolution print quality and it's easy to adjust contrast for an optimal compromise between crisp print quality vs. toner usage. No problems encountered setting up the printer for our Mac and PC computers.
