Failed at 1 1/2 years of light use

Do not buy these Canon AIOs... Latest models are the same technically and would avoid completely.
At just a 1 year+ the MF269 dw ii control panel/printer operation failed. BB/Geek Squad does not do free written estimates, so the printer is garbage. Another throwaway product from Canon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Scanner driver incompatible with Snapdragon CPU

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Worked great with a Dell XPS (Windows 10, Intel CPU), Surface Pro 8 (Windows 11, Intel CPU).
A few weeks later I acquired a Surface Laptop 7 (Windows 11, Snapdragon CPU). I can print, but the scanner driver won't load, despite the Canon website indicating that the printer is compatible. Online reviews indicate that there is no compatible scanner driver. Still waiting for a reply from Canon.

I tried every way possible to install the printer but,was unable to install it. Tried to enter the email for scan but thr was no key for @

Très facile d'utilisation. Avec son interface Web (WebUI), il est encore plus facile d'en faire la gestion. J'ai toujours eu des Canon et elle, elle supasse les autres versions haut-la-main.
Le seul bémol est que le drum (tambour) ne fait pas partie intégrante de la cartouche de toner (encre). Il faut faire attention pour ne pas abimer le drum. Il y a plus de pour que de contre: Wifi, Ethernet, USB, Fax, WebUI, multifonction, recto-verso, temps de réponse et vitesse d'impression accrues, très userfriendly, etc....
