I tried every way possible to install the printer but,was unable to install it. Tried to enter the email for scan but thr was no key for @

Scanner driver incompatible with Snapdragon CPU

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great with a Dell XPS (Windows 10, Intel CPU), Surface Pro 8 (Windows 11, Intel CPU).
A few weeks later I acquired a Surface Laptop 7 (Windows 11, Snapdragon CPU). I can print, but the scanner driver won't load, despite the Canon website indicating that the printer is compatible. Online reviews indicate that there is no compatible scanner driver. Still waiting for a reply from Canon.
