Super fast and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my home office to print and scan. I don't use the fax, but it came with the phone cord for it. It was easy to setup. The included guide shows you where to find all the tape and packaging materials. Just make sure you get all of the packaging materials out before you try to turn it on. It prints way faster than my last printer. I like that the touch screen and controls pop up at an angle so it's easier to read when you're looking down at the printer. I've only used the regular paper tray but it looks like it has a open slot where you can load extra long paper, which is a nice feature if you need that. Overall it looks great in my office and runs fine, I'm very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was easy. Printing is extremely easy to do. So is copying. I haven’t used the other features yet but I’m sure they are just as easy since this machine is very user friendly. The pages come out very nice and the print comes out nice and clean. No smudging or blurring. Great printer!

had this model for 2 years. Always gives error for toner low or out. Use genuine canon toners and it never works correctly. drivers are always out of date. Cannot connect to network. Cannot scan to a computer. Tried downloading drivers from canons website. Nothing fixes the perpetual error messages. always beeping to tell you there is a problem. Cant send anything from scanner to computer. Cant scan directly to an email address. Cant scan period. For as much as technology has changed over the years, you would think that a simple all in one printer fax scanner could actually work. Doesn't work wireless or hard wired to the network. This printer would be great for any aspiring I.T. Professional who wanted to spend all day trouble shooting a printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
