RockSolar Power Station...not worth it

I was able to use the power station one time. It kept my laptop and additional monitor powered for 4 hours.
When tried to charge the power station nothing worked. Could not charge using a direct outlet, or by a USB c charger. Lights just keep flashing amd after three hours there is still no charge.

Perfect size for storing and leaving in the car and holds its charge for a long time.
