Good quality, but needs a refresh for new product line. Covers over the bottle opener accessory on the CFX5.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Protection Ever

Bought this after seeing them 1st hand at a off-road rally. Best protection for my Dometic CFX ever!! Easy to put on and really takes a beating.

Quality, but seems to interfere w lid closing

Cover is built very well, but seems to interfere w lid closing fully. To be fair, the lid closure on the CFX3 45 is kind of ridiculously chintzy. It’s a little plastic tab that pops into a slot, and it really should be much more robust. The lid does close fully with the cover on, you just have to push hard or give it a pound with your fist. Unfortunately bc of this it often gets left unlatched when people aren’t paying close attention. 👎🏼
