Bricked after a few uses

Became a brick after less than 2 or 3 charge/use cycles. No longer charges, turns on, or provides power to another device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Single Use - Does Not Charge

DO NOT buy this!

Powerbank broke after only 4 charges. I contacted support and they stopped responding. Thankfully this will be my last Belkin purchase, they used to make such good products but not anymore. I gave it 1/5 but it should've been 0/5.

Belkin power boost

I have literally used the Belkin power boost for one charge and it completely when dead. No lights no charging.

Fast charging/ USE fast charger to recharge

This power bank Surprised me in two ways. First was how fast it dishes out charge to your devices in need. It does great in its sole purpose of getting you battery fast. However I see a lot of complaints about recharging the battery itself. To charge this power bank you need use a fast charger for like a tablet and BOOM no issues with getting juice back into the battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charge with a USB-A into the USB-C port

Actually is a good power bank. However it has useless instructions/support.
I have this a year or so, and went looking to charge it up again for a forthcoming trip. Logically it seems like a USB-C power block to the USB-C input would be best.
So I did that, and .... nothing happened. Note that it took a while to work out nothing is happening since in normal operation there are no lights displayed anyway.
It was only through reading another review on here that I found that a USB-A power block to the USB-C input is the only way to charge this block.
(You do not need the specific supplied cable, any USB-A to USB-C will work).
Why Belkin cannot make this clearer, preferably on the device itself, or at least on the rather useless support page (why is there not just a simple one-page PDF user-manual?) is beyond me.
If you are still reading this far:
1) The button on the side always displays the current status of the block, even if nothing is being charged. That is it's only function.
2) When the block is being charge (using a USB-A power input to the USB-C middle connector) then the lights show up, solid for the already charged and flashing for the power sector being charged. eg. right not mine has 1 solid light an 1 flashing light showing it has >25% but <50% charge.
3) When the block is charging something, the lights show up in the same way.

I’ve tried charging it through both the usb and usb-c ports and neither will even charge it to one of the dots
