Bad quality

The last 3 or 4 lasted not more than a month. The water stops flowing even if I followed all the steps when changing the filter. This was not the case 2-3 years ago. The old filters lasted 6 months or more. Overpriced and not working as advertised. My next fridge will not be Whirlpool.

Very frustrated with the filter!!!

I bought a new whirlpool 3 door refrigerator in middle of November 2022. Love the fridge! Do Not like the filter. the previous whirlpool fridge we had used the #5 filter and lasted 6 months. This one last barely 3 months for the same price!! We have the same number of people in the house and use the water and ice the same amount. Can't afford to purchase every 2 1/2 to 3 months on this filter. It will be frustrating to have to sell this wonderful refrigerator because of this cost, and get another brand that has a better 6 month lasting filter. We had the other side by side whirlpool fridge for 17 years and it did still work. Just wanted the french doors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always kept up on Maintenance. When you change this filter every so often it makes the water Taste so much better. Thanks so much Influenster for sending me this product.
