Strong Gas Smell When Preheating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove gives off a strong gas smell when preheating. The serviceman came and told us that it is the way it is designed and it will always do that. I would have bought a different stove had I known this. We literally have to open windows and doors to get the smell out.

Not bad BUT...

But I recieved my oven on 5/24/25 and as of today 6/12/25 both end griddles on the stove range are already chipped with the paint off I have only used the oven twice. Very disappointing for the large price point.

Knob lights
