Bosch Lost--Frigidaire Won Big Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before going to the appliance store to replace my dual fuel stove whose electrical panel failed, I decided to purchase a Bosch even though it is known to be pricey. After looking at that and comparing other stoves, Frigidaire stood out to me for many reasons. The price was better but not a factor to me at the time. There was no wait time to get it. While the shiny stainless steel tops of other makes looked nice, upon closer inspection they were already showing scratches in the store. Frigidaire has a black porcelain enamel top which cleans easily. The oven itself is also black enamel and catching spots is a cinch. The burners are simple to clean around. When turning on the burners, the knob is lit from behind assuring you will know at a glance which burner is on. There is a 5th central burner with a grate AND a grill to choose what you need. Because the stovetop grates are divided into thirds, it's easier to manage moving them when cleaning. And get this--the oven racks have flat handles built in for ease in pulling them out. So for me it was a no brainer and because I love my Frigidaire refrigerator so much, I needed little convincing.

Nice range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have with the range is the front panel. It’s so sensitive to touch that if you get close to it with clothes or your body you’re turning it on and off when you don’t want to. Other than that I’m very happy with the range.

So happy with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We owned a Frigidaire gas range and replaced it with a new one recently. The new one is such a wonderful upgrade from our 12 year old model. The burners are so much better than our old one. It is easier to regulate the flame with these new burners and I love that the knobs light up when they are turned on. The air fryer feature in the oven is just wonderful and something we use more than we ever expected. We are thrilled with our purchase and have highly recommended it to friends who are looking to go with a gas stove to replace their electric. In our honest opinion. It’s the very best gas range for the money out there.

Sleek Design and Accurate Temp Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first Frigidaire appliance, and I was a bit nervous since I bought it without seeing the actual unit. I love all the features, but it takes a while to get used to the helpful gadgets. Is there a built-in timer? Yes, but if there's an alarm signaling when the timer (i.e., a cake) is done I haven't located it yet. Preheats well, cooks evenly and the stove top cleans up nicely. However, the constant noise of the fan blowing even 15 minutes after you've turned the oven off its very annoying. How loud is it? Pretty loud...

Everything and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove! I am a baker, so I am super excited about the bread proofing setting. My bread proofed in two hours! In fact, it was nearly overproofed! And I always used to have to slide a pan of water underneath my bread to steam bake it, then carefully remove a hot pan of scalding water mid cycle. Not any more! I just pour a little distilled water in the special reservoir (I used 1 cup) and it steam bakes just like that! (Snap your fingers). The oven was running a little cold so I used the calibration feature to up it to 10. That seems about right. On my next batch of cornbread, I’ll know for sure if it is just right or if I need to recalibrate to an 8. I’ve never used an air fryer until I tried out the Air Fryer setting on this unit. Wow! It did an awesome job rewarming my husband’s leftover chimichanga! My sourdough pancakes turned out beautifully on the griddle inset! I was afraid they would stick horribly, but they did not! I’ll never want to use another stove for the rest of my life!

So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is replacing one that cost 3 times more but this one by far out performs the more expensive one. The black top is so much easier to clean than our previous stainless steel top, which scratched easily. The oven has a ton of room, which is always a plus. The removable griddle is great because sometimes you need a 5th burner. The controls are user friendly and the front appearance is very clean looking. We love it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this range. the dials are backlit when the burner is turned on. The burners work great. Operating it is super easy. The oven has baked cookies, cinnamon rolls and cupcakes perfectly. I have had it less than a month and am looking forward to cooking over the holidays with it.
