Garbage product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was delivered to my home on 9/1/2023 and we were not able to use it due to needing a different outlet installed for a week after delivery. However, on 9/7/2023 we were able to use the stovetop for the first time. One week later we attempted to use the oven which we quickly noticed we were unable to use all functions to include changing the temperature, air fry option, broiler or even set a timer due to the touch screen malfunctioning. That’s right, we had this item on our home for 2 weeks and was already on the phone requesting warranty work. Now, as I type this, it has been ANOTHER 2 weeks without a resolution. I would highly recommend against purchasing this product - purchase something with less technology

Caution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked for a new stove for quite some time before settling on my Gallery stove. The stove it’s self works great but the lowest setting is stone times still too high. The oven seems to be okay. Use caution though when considering. From day 1, the clock has not worked correctly. It has been set over and over per manufactures directions however, it will just randomly change. The control panel… well…. Be careful. The control panel randomly resets. I have been in the middle of baking when everything shuts down and reboots. Very scary not knowing if the gas is still flowing when this happens. I have not been able to get any answers on how to correct it without having to pay someone to come diagnosis it. Of note….. I’ve only owned it for 6 weeks.

The range is very delicate and fragile. The delivery people had broken the bottom of the unit two times, only delivery on third time was successful. Overall is ok, but would not buy it again.

Great features and nice styling

Cooking on the stove is efficient, even temperatures. The oven capacity is large, and we have been using the broil and air fry features on a regular basis. I will definitely recommend
