Strong Gas Smell When Preheating

The serviceman came and told us that it is the way it is designed and it will always do that. I would have bought a different stove had I known this. We literally have to open windows and doors to get the smell out.

Very new still learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From what I have done with the new range so far I am pleased. Some of the buttons on the touch screen are temperamental. However not sure if that is an issue or a learning curve for the user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like to look of this stove, but wish the numbers on the knobs were darker. Hard to read them. Also not thrilled with the grill- haven’t successfully made pancakes on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m missing having a back splash on this stove. and weirdly the vent directly behind the griddle doesn’t have any mesh to keep things (like pancakes) from falling down the vent and into the broiler element (ask me how I know) Otherwise this stove is great, we’re 3 weeks in and use it daily and no issues
