1YR LATER AND DISAPPOINTED

We have owned this stove for 1 year. We recently lost spark on the tops of the range unit so we have to manually light each burner now. Its just past the manufacturer warranty so its on us to fix now. Disappointed that this happened so soon and now I have doubts on the purchase. I would be very cautious on this one.

Very pleased with my choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I've had my new gas range for a little over a month now and am quite happy with it. I do a lot of baking and have had good luck with cookies, cakes, muffins, breads and even bagels. The oven seems to heat quickly and bake evenly. I have yet to try some of the fancier oven settings. The one thing I am still getting used to is the number of steps it takes to get to some of the oven's settings (even the "Quick Start" requires 3 actions before the oven actually starts to heat). The cooktop also works fine. I don't expect to use the center griddle, so I am very happy that it came with the grill that can be used in place of the griddle.

It’s everything we hoped it would be. Just one issue and that’s on me. I must have turned on a burner too fast and it didn’t actually light. As it was under a big pot I didn’t see that it wasn’t lit, until I smelled quote a lot of gas. I would be good to have some foolproof system (the fool being me) where gas stops if not lit.
