[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooks evenly; amazing variety of functions for great results- a setting for rising bread is just one example; has self- cleaning - a must; ample cooktop and interchangeable griddle (might be too narrow for some uses) and grate; I bought the air fryer rack accessory and plan to go back for the trim kit.
